I spend time each year learning about coaching, leadership, business and myself. Its all in the service of being the best coach I can be. Also if I ask my clients to learn and change – I need to, too.
I have coached for over 15 years in most business sectors and formerly held Senior Management and Director positions for international organisations. I also work voluntarily as an Executive Coach for Teach First, Save the Children International and the Executive Team of Rainbow.
My professional qualifications and memberships include:
- PCC Accredited Coach, 2005, with the International Coach Federation, working towards becoming an MCC Accredited Coach (with over 4500 Executive Coaching hours)
- Diploma in Coaching, 2002, ILM Certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching, 2009, trained as an Executive Coach Supervisor, 2008, Diploma in Team Coaching (AOEC) 2010
- Certificate in TA, and TA Organisational Training, 2007-2011
- MSc from Surrey University in Change, 2001, where my research was on leadership
- Chartered Fellow of CIPD
